Second Round Continues

Let's find out who's moving on to the Sweet 16 with giving you the other half of the second round match-ups.

VERSUS

Richard Alpert was a prisoner on the slave ship The Black Rock

It crashed on the island and destroyed the Tawaret statue.

Living in the base of the statue was a man named Jacob. "That I can do." That is the episode called Ab Aeterno

In All The Best Cowboys Have Daddy Issues, a 13 seed from the first season, Jack, Locke and others frantically search for Claire and Charlie after discovering they are missing and Ethan wasn't on the plane.

Sawyer and Walt share a scene together where Walt tells Sawyer it's stupid to lie about your name.

While looking for Claire and Charlie, Ethan finds Jack. Trouble ensues!

VERSUS

In the flash sideways of The Candidate we find Anthony Cooper, Locke's dad, is in a rest home and apparently isn't very responsive. To anything!

While on the island, the MIB, disguised as Locke, shows Sawyer the bomb he found on the Ajira plane.

"Because it's going to be you, Jack!", Sayid says before he runs off with the bomb.

Next up is Because You Left an 11 seed from the fifth season. The island begins to jump through time and while it does the Losties have some very interesting experiences.

Like Ethan finding Locke.

Daniel, going against his better judgment contacts Desmond while he is in the Swan hatch. Daniel tells him to go to Oxford and look for his mother.

VERSUS

Sayid, a communication specialist, doesn't know the advanced technology in the satellite phone that they find on Naomi.

In the 3rd seeded episode The Brig; Locke discovers that Richard wants to help Locke in his quest to lead the others. He gives Locke the folder of info that will lead him to getting Sawyer to kill Cooper for him.

Jack and Juliette get closer as Kate and the rest of the group decide they can't trust him with the info about Naomi.

Jin finds more wreckage from Rousseau's team including the music box during the 10th seeded episode This Place Is Death.

Sawyer and the rest of the group begin to have nosebleeds.

Locke experiences a time flash while lowering himself into the well. At the bottom of the well is Christian and the frozen donkey wheel.

VERSUS

The Man Behind The Curtain is a second seed from the third season. Ben recalls Annie, a girl he first met when coming to the island.

Ben and his father arrive on the island to be a part of the Dharma Initiative.

Ben sees the ghost of his mother on the island.

Make You Own Kind Of Music by Mama Cass Elliot began the second season during the seventh seeded season premier Man Of Science Man Of Faith

Jack meets Desmond for the first time.

And then sees him again.

VERSUS

Here we see what the A-team of Sayid, Locke, and Kate see when they arrive at the barracks during the second seeded The Man From Tallahassee.

After the others catch Kate, Tom takes Jack to see her. In an odd moment (which was never fully explained) Tom warns Jack that the others can hear what they are saying.

"Sorry Jack."

Desmond saves Claire from drowning during Flashes Before Your Eyes.

In this long shot 14th seed, we see what happened to Desmond after the hatch blew up. Sort of.

VERSUS

Is this a drawing a young John Locke did of the smoke monster? We see this in what could also be called a long shot the episode titled Cabin Fever.

Sayid leaves the freighter and heads back to the island.

During the flashback we see that Mathew Abaddon tried to talk Locke into going on the walkabout that would eventually lead to him crashing on the island.

Sawyer and Hurley begin their ping pong match. Is there a mercy rule, dude?

During Enter 77 Sayid and Kate find Ms. Klugh hiding in the basement of the flame station.

Sayid finds a map to the barracks and tells Mikhail he will be escorting them to it. And BOOM goes the flame station!

VERSUS

Walkabout a fourth seed from the first season. Here Jack and Rose discuss Jack not needing to stay with her and that it is her faith that tells her that her husband is indeed still alive.

Jack sees the ghost of his father in this iconic scene.

By the end of the episode we see that before the crash, John Locke was in a wheelchair. Here we watch as the survivors burn the remains of the dead.

The final pairing brings us the number 9 seeded episode from the final season titled What They Died For

"Now you're just like me", Jacob tells Jack after Jack decides to be the islands next protector.

In the flash sideways, Desmond and Hurley get Sayid and Kate out of jail with Ana Lucia's help.

VERSUS

The first seed The Constant. Here we see Danielle's mouse Eloise trying to complete the maze.

Minkowski falls victim to not being able to find his constant. Something Desmond is able to find when he contacts Penny on Christmas eve.

Daniel Faraday helps Desmond because he needs him alive as his notebook tells us.
